
Mike has experience at the Trial and/or Appellate levels in numerous areas
of law, including real estate, construction defect, personal injury (both
plaintiff and defense). He represents both individuals and businesses. He
has experience with both bench and jury trials, has argued multiple times
before the California Court of Appeal, Mike has handled hundreds of
depositions and has prepared and argued numerous motions, including
dispositive ones. He has also resolved several cases through mediations
and/or settlement conferences. Mike prides himself on zealously advocating
on behalf of his clients, while still maintaining a professional and
courteous relationship with his adversaries.
