If unfamiliar in an area of the law, I am able to read the applicable codes and statutes in order to determine what documents are required to be prepared, filed, etc. My work product is thorough, accurate and detailed. Occasionally, I am presented with an extensive amount of documentation, either from a client or an opposing party, in order to compile them in an organized fashion, whether it is chronological or otherwise. With respect to reviewing records, I am able to identify any information that would be relevant to the case at hand. Our clients greatly appreciate how I assist them in answering discovery requests because being involved in litigation is stressful enough, let alone having to answer so many difficult questions within a short period of time. I always put 100% effort and care into my work in the anticipation of achieving the best possible outcome for the client.
